13.4 SEER 2 is the minimum efficiency level that is required by law. A unit rated at this efficiency level will use around 20% less energy than a standard unit. This SEER 2 package unit is designed to be used with mobile homes and modular homes. This gas heating, cooling and central air conditioning unit provides a building with both heating and cooling as well as humidity control. Packaged units are often found in mobile homes and modular homes, but they can also be installed in conventional residential structures.
